Running a 5K can seem like a huge feat a first. With a successful training plan, you can achieve your running goals. By the end of 10 weeks, you should be close or able to run over 3 miles! The GSNENY Family Fun Run and Dashing Daisies is back! 

Our new location, Saratoga State Park will add excitement to this great day. Enjoy running, jogging or even walking while viewing this beautiful park. Anyone can join us for this non-competitive event but there will be a time clock on hand in case you are interested in timing yourself.
Check in begins at 9:00 AM at Peerless Pool parking area and the run begins promptly at 10:00 am.
Please stay after your run to cheer on our Dashing Daisies and join in their celebratory dance party!
