Continue your leadership journey in CIT 2, where you'll deepen your
counselor skills and take on more responsibility. CIT 2's complete
five advanced steps: caring for younger campers; assisting camp staff;
planning and leading activities; guiding younger campers in a service
project; and, reflecting on your experience. During the two-week
session, you'll build confidence in group management, scheduling, and
camper support while continuing to grow as a role model. CIT 2 spans
two consecutive weeks of overnight camp (with a weekend break), and
participants receive the CIT 2 pin upon completion. Earning the CIT 2
pin also fulfills the leadership award requirement for the Gold Award.
