Service Center Hours: 9 am – 3 pm, Monday – Thursday.
All in-person meetings must be by appointment to ensure the person you want to see is available at the location you plan to visit.
Appointments are required outside normal business hours.
Email customercare@girlscoutsneny.org to set up appointments with the staff member you need to meet with if you are not sure how to contact that person directly.
Council staff will be available virtually every Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m., to answer your emails, take your calls, and help with any concerns.
