To earn membership in the S’mores Club, Girl Scouts will need to participate in the council’s entrepreneurial programs, Sweets & Treats and the Cookie Program. The Sweets & Treats program is a terrific opportunity to build your troop’s piggybank by selling delicious candy, nuts, magazines, and gifts.
The Cookie program helps Girl Scouts to learn valuable skills such as goal setting, money management, and decision making while selling delicious cookies.
Girls Scouts will earn a $300 Girl Experience Voucher that can be used for GSNENY programs such as summer camp, travel, or other Girl Scout programming by earning their spot in the S’mores Club. While the amount can be used across multiple programs, it must be redeemed all at once.
Girl Scouts must meet the following program requirements:
- Renew for the 2027-2028 membership year prior to April 30, 2027.
- Complete the online S’mores Club Redemption Form prior to April 30, 2027.

2026 Sweets and Treats Requirements
- Sell at least 40 units and send 18+ unique emails.
- Turn in all order forms, payments, and other paperwork to your troop leader or troop Sweets and Treats manager prior to the assigned date.
AND
2027 Cookie Program Requirements
- sell 350 total packages and have 5+ booths OR sell 750 total packages
- Participate in at least one booth sale OR send 24 unique Digital Cookie Messages.

Vouchers are good for GSNENY summer camp, GSNENY travel, or GSNENY programs. It can be used for multiple programs, but all must be used at once.
