- Fill out the online form completely. Only completed applications will be accepted to review.
- Deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit will be put towards your total rental balance.
o For troops a minimum deposit of $25 is required at time of booking.
o For service units a minimum deposit of $100 is required at time of booking.
o Within 10 days of GSNENY sending your bill 10% of your total fee is required. Your deposit is included in this total.
o To pay your deposit to secure your rental you can call 518-489-8110 with payment information or set up a time to come into the service center within business hours to pay in person. If payment is via check, checks must be received prior to the specified due date.
o Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
- Full payment due 60 days prior to rental. If payment is not received rental will be considered canceled and deposit forfeited.
- Necessary Certification documents to be attached to the application.
- Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance for Girl Scout Members, and 6 months for Non-Girl Scout Members.
- Troops and Service units should be prepared to find qualified lifeguards, Certified Waterfront, Archery instructors, and Certified COR instructors for their time at camp.
o GSNENY cannot guarantee the availability of any certified instructors or lifeguards.
o Appropriate Certification will need to be on file with the council.
- Troops and Service Units must have someone with these specialties:
o Blended Outdoor Skills or Equivalent
o First Aid/CPR
o Site Orientation for the site being used: on-site or self-directed
- All trash is to be removed unless the dumpster fee is paid in advance.
- Check-in for overnight camp is 4 pm on the first day and check-out is 3 pm on the last day.
- Early arrivals must pay the day rate in addition to the overnight rate.
