Counselor in Training (CIT) 1 Module 4: Putting it Together
In this module, girls will focus on all the skills learned throughout the other 3 modules. Girls will spend the week shadowing different staff members each day to gain insight into how summer camp operates. This will ensure CIT 1’s have an all-encompassing view of what it means to work at summer camp.
•Girls will earn the LEADERSHIP certificate towards the
“Counselor inTraining 1” Award
•Girls will earn the Leadership
“Counselor in Training 1” Award(Must complete all 4 modules to
complete award)
