In these modules, girls will learn about their own leadership styles. They will participate in a variety of team building activities and learn how to be a positive role model. Girls will also learn more about the structure of a unit (group of girls), how the unit plans, and the role of the unit counselor. CIT’s will have the opportunity to work directly with unit counselors as they shadow them for the day while working with a group of girls.
• Girls will earn the LEADERSHIP certificate towards the “Counselor in Training 1” Award
