Program Desciption: Gather your troop for a 3-day, 2-night camp adventure like no other! Explore all that camp has to offer with our camp staff guiding you through a variety of engaging activities. Troops will be assigned to units together, and communal meals will be provided in the dining hall. Each unit will have the chance to cook a meal over a fire and everyone is invited to the closing night campfire for a sing-along. The camp team will work with each troop to customize their camp experience to their Girl Scouts' levels and interests including swimming, boating, arts & crafts, rope course, archery, nature activities and more. This is a great opportunity for troops new to camping, or campers not yet confident to attend camp on their own. Come join us for an exceptional Troop Camp experience, where adventure and bonding harmonize to create unforgettable memories!

Troops must register with sufficient number of adults to meet ratio for the number of campers registered. All adults in attendance must be registered members with current background checks. Adults do not need to have completed any camping training to attend, as activities will be led by camp staff.

  • Troop camping
    • Troops must register with a sufficient number of adults to meet Safety Activity Checkpoints ratio for the number of campers registered. All adults in attendance must be registered members with current background checks. Adults do not need to have completed any camping training to attend, as activities will be led by camp staff.

Troop leaders and adults are responsible for providing direct supervision of their participants throughout the camp session, while camp staff will facilitate activities and help uphold camp rules and expectations.

Troops will receive a planning questionnaire three weeks before their camp session to help customize their troop's camp experience.

Troops will be housed in platform tents or lean-tos. Each "unit" consists of:

  • 4-8 sleeping structures (tents or lean-tos)
  • A kitchen shelter pavilion with picnic tables, benches, a fireplace, and a spigot for drinking and washing water
  • Two latrines with handwashing stations
  • An outdoor fire pit

A shared shower house is located nearby and is available for use by all camp units.

Unit assignments are based on troop size and program capacity:

  • The maximum unit capacity is 24 people. Troops larger than 24 may be split into two groups.
  • Smaller troops may be asked to share a unit with another troop, depending on program capacity.

This structure ensures a safe, fun, and collaborative camping experience for all participants!

In the case of such cancellation, any payments, minus the $100 deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment. Registrations made after June 17th must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • Paperwork info
    • All campers must provide annual health information, in accordance with Department of Health, American Camp Association, and GSNENY policies. The camp team needs detailed health information to ensure they can meet your camper's health needs. Some forms require a signature by a healthcare provider. Any medication (including over-the-counter items) that a camper will receive while at camp must be sent in the original packaging with signed orders from a doctor. After registering for camp, you will receive further information regarding the required forms and how to submit them. All camp paperwork, including health histories and immunization records, must be submitted no later than Tuesday, June 17, 2025 to allow time to review.
