At Hidden Lake Camp, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts will develop practical outdoor living skills through hands-on instruction in jackknife safety and first aid. Girls will learn proper knife handling, carving techniques, care, and safety procedures while practicing responsibility and risk management. Participants will also build confidence in emergency preparedness by learning essential first aid skills, including wound care, bandaging, emergency response, and outdoor safety scenarios. Through interactive challenges and teamwork, girls will strengthen leadership, decision-making, and self-reliance in an outdoor setting.
This is not a drop-off program. Caregivers should stay with their child.
