As a Badge Boss volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to lead fun, hands-on badge activities for local Girl Scout troops, focusing on a specific badge or a series of badges that align with your interests and skills—whether it’s STEM, the outdoors, life skills, or beyond.
Don’t worry if you’re new to Girl Scouts or need help getting started—Council staff will support you every step of the way. They’ll work with you to explore the badge requirements, develop engaging lesson plans, and create materials lists to make your sessions successful and fun. Once you're ready, staff will connect you with troops in your area that are excited to learn from you.
